Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the App, go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all check-in data and cannot be undone.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select PatternEcho, and make changes there.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the paywall inside the App and tap "Restore purchase." This links your existing subscription to your account on the new device.

Is Sage medical advice?

No. Sage surfaces informational patterns from the data you enter. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
